The fabulous Nehza, director of Alwan, has been a seamstress since the age of 22. She has worked in a number of major ready-to-wear workshops, including TAJ and Hermès in Marrakech. Nehza also makes beautiful princess dresses for Ivoy Paris in Tamelocht.

Elisabeth de La Poype arrived in Morocco in 2005 to make the finest costumes for her Ivoy Paris brand. She fell in love with Moroccan colors and craftsmanship.

Today, the team is made up of men and women, each with their own specialties: traditional hand embroidery, Fassi stitch, embroidery of tablecloths, jackets, suits, etc.

The embroidery is also done by the women of the village, who work from home. This initiative enables them to be independent.

By revisiting traditional styles, the Alwan team brings a special elegance to their clothes.
